Booking rules

These apply at both locations. Rules specific to are included below.

Scheduling your parking
  • Book at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day requests are accepted when space is open, but they aren't guaranteed.
  • Book up to 7 days ahead. Dates further out open up as the week rolls forward.
  • Hold up to 5 upcoming nights at a time. Once a night is used, you can reserve another.
  • A night is confirmed only when you get our confirmation text with your parking instructions.
  • Passes are for the location you bought them for. An Enterprise St pass can't be used at Albany St, or the other way around.
Arrival, departure, and overstays
  • One night covers up to 24 hours from when you arrive on your reserved date.
  • Staying past 24 hours uses another night. If your pass has no nights left, extra days are charged at the daily rate.
  • Unreserved stays are charged at the daily rate and may be asked to move if the spot is booked.
Changes and cancellations
  • Cancel or move a night for free by 6 PM the day before. The night goes back on your pass.
  • Later cancellations and no-shows use the night.
  • If we ever have to cancel a confirmed night, it goes back on your pass and your expiration date is extended.
Pass terms
  • Your nights don't expire. Use them whenever it works for you.
  • Full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no nights have been used. After that, passes are non-refundable.
  • One registered vehicle per pass. You can switch vehicles once per pass by texting the new plate before you arrive.
  • Passes can't be shared, split between vehicles, or resold.
Vehicles and lot conduct
    Gate access and security
    • Lock the gate behind you every time, coming and going.
    • Never share the gate code. Codes change regularly, and your current code comes with each confirmation.
    • Sharing the code or letting unregistered vehicles in ends the pass without a refund.
    • Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Aligned Pathways isn't responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles or their contents.
    Production and event dates
    • Our lots are occasionally booked for film productions and events.
    • Nights you've already confirmed are always honored. New reservations may be unavailable on those dates, and we'll let you know as early as we can.
